Award Notification Task Force Survey
Introduction:
Last year, Congress and the Obama administration have launched an initiative to improve student aid award letters in response to concerns that these letters are confusing and difficult for students to compare. To ensure this effort is informed by financial aid professionals, the NASFAA Board of Directors has commissioned a task force to develop award letter recommendations, engage financial aid administrators to discuss award letter best practices, and investigate the creation of a glossary to standardize award letter terms.
The purpose of this survey is to learn about the elements, format, and organiation of your institution's current award letter. The Award Notification & Consumer Infomation Task Force will use your aggregated, anonymous responses internally to help guide their discussions and recommendations.
Deadline:
Friday, Jan 20, 2012.
